Dr. Todd Feinman (tf@thequre.com)

Todd founded The Qure Inc. to help improve the quality of healthcare in America by connecting patients, doctors, policy makers and healthcare companies to valid and relevant evidence that enables one to make an informed decision. A graduate of the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California (UCLA Medical School), Los Angeles, Dr. Feinman completed his internship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and his residency in Internal Medicine at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, California.

Dr. Feinman is board certified in Internal Medicine and specializes in Hospitalist Medicine, a specialty whose primary focus is the high quality care for hospitalized patients. He helped develop the first hospitalist programs at FHP hospital, Queen of the Valley Hospital and Cedars-Sinai Medical Group. As a hospitalist and a former Medical Director for a large, Independent Physician Association, Dr. Feinman realized that there were no user-friendly technologies that would enable him to use the data found in clinical studies to determine the most effective test or treatment for specific patient populations. Dr. Feinman continues to be the CMO of Doctor Evidence, the parent company on The Qure.  While Doctor Evidence continues to provide evidence technologies and services to the healthcare industry, The Qure enables patients and their physicians to access the same evidence platform so that true informed consent will occur.

Mary Carpenter, M.L.I.S.

Mary is the Director of Library Services. Ms. Carpenter holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked as a Reference Librarian for a college, a public library, a government library and an art museum, but she has spent the majority of her career working in medical libraries. At Reeves Medical Library at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and Good Samaritan Hospital’s Medical Library in Los Angeles, Ms. Carpenter provided a full range of library and research services to the medical staff and general public. She taught physicians and hospital staff how to effectively use print resources and medical databases to answer their evidence-based information needs.
Ms. Carpenter has also worked at Amgen, the world’s largest biotech company, located in Thousand Oaks, California. Here she served as a principal Information Consultant to the global Neurology and Metabolic Disorders therapeutic area groups for key Amgen products in development. Ms. Carpenter is currently the Chief Librarian for Doctor Evidence. She will be helping the analyst team at The Qure to use the search platform on behalf of patients and doctors.
